成都中玺在美国首都华盛顿设立成都中玺（美国）办事处

成都中玺已在美国首都华盛顿设立成都中玺（美国）办事处，与Hauptman Ham等5家法律事务所建立了知识产权合作关系，将于2018年开始为美国客户在华知识产权事务提供服务，涉及专利、商标及版权代理，协助美国客户维护在华合法权益，协助中国客户应对美国337条款和301条款调查维护其在美合法权益，为中国客户提供美国解禁技术转移及其他技术专利许可咨询等。

Joongsee has recently set up an office in Washington D.C., the capital city of the United States. It has established intellectual property rights (IPR) partnerships with the U.S. IP law firms including IP Law Leaders PLLC, Hauptman Ham LLP and etc.

This milestone indicates that Joongsee is capable to provide services to the U.S. clients in related to IPR matters and to assist the U.S. clients to safeguard legitimate their IPR and interests in China.

On the other hand, Joongsee gives advice to the Chinese clients in response to the U.S. ITC Section 337 and Section 301 investigation, and the clients are able to practise their legal rights and enjoy their benefits in the United States.

Furthermore, Joongsee offers Chinese clients consultation on technology transfer and patent licensing in the field of graphene, pollution control, nuclear waste treatment, and fullerene.
