美方授权中玺为中国客户提供技术转移和专利许可

成都中玺总经理谭昌驰先生访美在知识产权实务方面取得了较大收获，包括：美国临时专利申请现实应用，美国专利权项扩大保护范围技巧，药品专利突破20年有效期对策与实务，利用PPH快速获得专利权美国实务、PCT与巴黎公约在美国加速审查模式运用、美国商业模式专利法律实践，专利诉讼与无效攻防策略设计等。

美方授权中玺为中国客户提供技术转移（包括设备、装备和产品）和专利许可，包括：（1）已产业化的石墨烯材料高 效制造技术、专利、装备、装置和产品生产线；（2）核废料（主要为铀235，包括医用）处理技术及制备；（3）城市和工业废液（水、酸、碱）、废气、固体废弃物处理及环境治理技术及制备；（4）页岩油页岩气深井可采技术，包括水平井、PDC钻头、压裂、提速、隔封等技术及制备；（5）富勒烯材料制造技术及装置。

Mr. TAN Changchi, General Manager of Chengdu Joongsee, has made great achievements in intellectual property practices with IP law firms in the United States, including: the practical application of the U.S. provisional application; the expansion of the protection scope of the U.S. patent claims; the breakthrough of 20 years of patent countermeasures and practices in drug patents; the practice use of PPH expedites patent granting in the United States; PCT and Paris Convention accelerated examination mode in the United States, patent practice in the U.S. business model, patent litigation and design of invalid attack and defense strategies.

The U.S. IP law firms cooperation with Joongsee to provide technology transfer (e.g. equipment, manufacturing equipment or products) and patent licensing to Chinese clients, including:

(1) Industrialized graphene material efficient manufacturing technologies, patents, equipment, devices and product lines;

(2) Nuclear waste (mainly uranium-235, including medical) treatment technology and preparation;

(3) Urban and industrial waste (water, acid, alkali), waste gas, solid waste treatment and environmental treatment technology and preparation thereto;

(4) Shale oil and shale gas recoverable technology, including horizontal wells, PDC bit, fracturing, speed, sealing and other technology and preparation;

(5) Fullerene material manufacturing technology and devices.
