美国ITC第301条关于中国企业最近侵权案件的调查报告

2017年9月，美国重新开始调查国际贸易委员会(ITC)第301条和第337条进入中国。美国与中国在知识产权领域的摩擦与冲突日益加剧。从2017年10月到12月，美国地方法院已经对包括华为、中兴、黑德和华为在内的中国企业提起了37起知识产权诉讼案件。其中，专利侵权案件涉及电子通信、计算机、记忆、生物制药、制造技术、储能电池等领域。包括北京、天津、山东、广东、福建、浙江等地。版权侵犯主要涉及视频和音乐产品。在337调查中，没有四川企业在中国对侵犯知识产权案件进行调查。

The U.S. ITC Section 301 investigation report on recently infringement cases of Chinese enterprises

In September 2017, the United States has restarted to investigate International Trade Commission (ITC) Section 301 and Section 337 into China. The friction and conflict between the United States and China in the field of intellectual property rights have been increasingly intensified. From October to December 2017, the United States District Court has filed 37 IP litigation cases involving in Chinese enterprises including Huawei, ZTE, Head &Shoulders and more. Among most of them, the patent infringement cases refer to the field of electronic communications, computers, memory, biopharmaceuticals, manufacturing technology, energy storage batteries. Territories include Beijing, Tianjin, Shandong, Guangdong, Fujian, Zhejiang and so on. Copyright infringement mainly concern in videos and music products. There was no Sichuan enterprise found in this 337 investigation against IPR infringement cases in China.
