美国301条款调查中国企业知识产权侵权案近期立案通报

2017年9月，美国对中国重启301条款和337条款调查，美国与中国在知识产权领域的摩擦与冲突加剧。2017年10~12月，美国地方法院已立37宗知识产权诉讼案，涉案中国实体企业包括华为、中兴、海飞丝、齐鲁等。其中，专利侵权案涉及电子通讯、计算机、存储器、生物药品、制造技术、储能电池等。地域包括北京、天津、山东、广东、福建、浙江等。版权侵权案主要涉及影像和音乐制品等。此次所公布针对中国知识产权侵权案的337调查结果中，暂时没有四川的实体企业。

The region includes Beijing, Tianjin, Shandong, Guangdong,

Fujian, Zhejiang and so on. Copyright infringement cases mainly involve images and musical products. The results of the 337 investigation on the infringement of intellectual property rights in China have not been found in Sichuan for the time being.
